Aria Medical partnered with JustCenter in Ohio to serve the people of central Appalachia. We offer timely, affordable access to abortion and miscarriage care, no matter where you live or travel from.

Our origin story
After June 2022, many states criminalized local abortion care.
Aria Medical started in Kansas, as a resource for folks traveling from Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma and other states for medication abortion. Before we started, people waited 10+ weeks for access to appointments — and many people were turned away. Since we launched, we ensure available appointments within 7 days of the request — always.

Easy care — learn about the clinic and book an on-line appointment — without having to talk with anyone. We answer the phone when you call. We provide 24/7 support after your appointment, if you need it, by phone or secure chat.

New services in Central Appalachia/Southern Ohio
Since 2022, wait times for people seeking medication abortion from Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, southern Indiana and southern Ohio have often exceeded 2-4 weeks. People travel long distances and to other states to find care.
The Aria team talked with dozens of local experts, and all heard the same message: folks in Central Appalachia need timely, affordable abortion access.
Our story begins with JustChoice's long-standing commitment to Ohio, combined with Aria's clinical excellence in abortion care. Recognizing a shared mission to increase access, we joined forces.
The result is Aria at JustCenter — a private center dedicated to making early pregnancy care more accessible, affordable, and stigma-free for everyone.
Our shared goal is simple: to ensure our community has access to a local center that provides abortion care which is timely, easy, and affordable.
